1. About Luxurystays
Luxurystays ('the Company', 'we', 'our', 'us') operates an online platform that facilitates the booking of worldwide accommodation including house rentals, apartment rentals, hotel accommodation, and guest house stays. We act as an intermediary between guests ('you', 'the user') and accommodation providers ('hosts' or 'providers').
These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of our website and all bookings made through our platform. They form a legally binding agreement between you and Luxurystays.
2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

4. Bookings and Reservations
4.1 Booking Process
When you make a booking through Luxurystays, you are entering into a contract with the accommodation provider for the supply of accommodation services. Luxurystays facilitates this transaction but is not a party to the accommodation contract between you and the provider.
4.2 Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed when you receive a written booking confirmation from Luxurystays via email. At the point of confirmation, the booking terms, cancellation policy, and payment obligations become binding.
4.3 Accuracy of Listings
We take reasonable steps to ensure that accommodation listings are accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by hosts and providers. We recommend that you review all listing details carefully before booking.
5. Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the listing and may include applicable taxes and service fees

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our platform

Payments are processed securely through encrypted third-party payment gateways

You authorise us to charge the payment method provided for the total booking amount

In the event of a failed payment, your booking may be cancelled and you will be notified accordingly

Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the cardholder
6. Cancellations and Refund Policy
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Refunds are not provided once a booking has been confirmed. All sales are final upon confirmation.
By completing a booking on the Luxurystays platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed

No refund will be issued regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness, travel disruption, personal circumstances, or change of plans

Confirmation of a booking constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the no-refund policy

Luxurystays strongly recommends that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, curtailment, and accommodation costs prior to booking
In exceptional circumstances at Luxurystays' sole discretion, a booking credit or transfer to an alternative date may be offered. This does not constitute a right or entitlement and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. No cash refund will be issued under any such arrangement.
Where an accommodation provider cancels a confirmed booking, Luxurystays will make reasonable efforts to source alternative comparable accommodation or issue a platform credit. Luxurystays' liability in such circumstances is limited to the booking amount paid.
7. Guest Responsibilities
As a guest, you agree to:

Comply with all house rules, property policies, and local laws at the accommodation

Treat the accommodation and its contents with care and respect

Report any damage, defects, or issues to the provider promptly

Vacate the accommodation by the stated checkout time

Not exceed the stated maximum occupancy for the property

Not use the accommodation for any illegal, commercial, or party purposes unless expressly permitted
You accept financial liability for any damage caused to the property during your stay beyond normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to charge the payment method on file for any verified damage claims from providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Luxurystays is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or services

We do not guarantee the suitability, quality, safety, or legality of any accommodation listed on our platform

We are not responsible for disputes between guests and accommodation providers

Our total aggregate liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Luxurystays platform, including text, images, logos, graphics, software, and data, is the property of Luxurystays or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data

Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful software to our platform

Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our website without authorisation

Post false or misleading reviews or engage in review manipulation

Use our platform to facilitate fraudulent transactions
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact Luxurystays at support@luxurystays.com and allow us 30 days to resolve the matter before pursuing any formal proceedings.
